Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our essential oil blends, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re always happy to work with you to make things right.
We gladly accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email info@organichealingoils.shop within this timeframe.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if:
- An item is defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong product
We will work with you to evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for gift cards.
